Well 2013 has been a fairly busy and quick year. Being married and with a new born child is definitely challenging to my little hobbies. This year I have only entered one SSF4 tournament and missing the Nationals... :(
Either way, just wanted to give a quick update for the year, here are some links to a few SSF4 vids from the one tournament (Winchester Bar Night Fight) I entered and some National Money matches/ City vs City matches (I did go for one day for some exhibitions).

Since I was too lazy last year to update my blog, I'll do it in one go!
Under each tournament I have tagged a video or interview :)
I will add some final gameplay when I have time.
Enjoy.

Overall, 2012 has been a great year for me, I won every single Super Street Fighter 4 A.E 2012 tournaments and came 1st or 2nd for Street Fighter X Tekken.
2013 will be a busy year, getting married and a kid is on the way! guess my pro-gaming journey ends here. :(
Though I will try not to drop everything....
Keyboard Athletes is a feature length documentary which follows the eSports scene within New Zealand over the year of 2012.

Hapyy Dragon New Year :)
Yes this is my first time writting this year, lazy as always. This year should be another good year for the FGC, especially with the release of SFxT in a few days. Many are looking forward to this but personally I am not putting any hopes until I really try it hands on. Though I would hope it would be as good or better than SSF4 AE v2012, I hope both game can live in conjunction as SSF4 AE v2012 is a master piece from my perspective and it would be a shame that people move away from it just because another new game is out. With international scene, this wouldn't be much of a problem but with the NZ scene its a little different as we are very small and people tend to move to newer games when they can't catch up to the top players. New game, new start and everyone will be on the same level, stuff like this.
Now, after coming back from my holiday in China Shan Dong... I had a long break from the game as I could not find any arcade that has any SSF4 cabs... sad.
Auckland ranbat seasion started on the day I arrive back in NZ, was too exausted to go, slept through lolz.
So I went on round 2 of the season, iRumble was the winner of round 1 and I know from last year his Cody have improve heaps, even though I knew he was a threat I was lacking gameplay due to my holiday (rusty) and pretty much other stuff I can find a excuse on! in the end, I played my way up from the losers bracket, beating iRuble in the first set of teh grand finals and reset the bracket. The second set was down to the wire where we were both down to a single hit on the last round but he held up well and beat me. :(
Round 3, now this week I did my homework, added oil to my rustyness :P came with results!!!
Okay, so this was the last tournament of the year, it was free entry and prizes were free gaming credit at timezone :) not bad considering it is FREE!!!
Got there at 12 PM and meet up with Kevin and another Andy Wong (use to work at timezone).
Anyways, Mason arrived at about 1 Pm then they started to do the brackets, they decided to split the players into two brackets and everyone plays everyione twice... top 4 players with the most wins go into another bracket to play each other off. Unfortunately the brackets was rigged by Mr Andy Wong which I didn't know until the tournament was finished lol.
He put me, Kevin into one bracket and also this Ryu player (Jacob)? Filipino guy in one bracket and Mason and himself into another bracket, (BASTARD).
Anyhow, me and Kevin made it out of our bracket and so did Mason and Andy Wong.
In the end it was Me and Kevin again facing off in the Grand Finals, I beat Kevin 3-0 taking 1st place.
Sadly I totally forgot about videoing the games lol!!!
Results:
1st: Andi (Zosla)
2nd: Kevin
3rd: Mason
4th: Andy Wong (WONG)
